New Baseball Report Design
GameRun's baseball reports have been redesigned from the ground up. The new web-based reports replace the old PDF format with a richer, interactive layout — giving you more context, clearer ratings, and a better reading experience on any device.
This article covers what's new in the Hitting Report and the Pitching Report, how plan-based access works with the new design, and what happened to the old PDF download.
What's New
1. Web-First Report Page
Reports now open as a full web page instead of a PDF file. This means faster loading, better readability on mobile, and the ability to interact with content — such as tapping locked sections to see upgrade options.
2. Player Header Card
At the top of every report you'll see a player header card with the following information at a glance:
- Player name and avatar initials
- Age, height, weight, and years playing
- Bats / Throws handedness badges
- Developmental level (e.g. Level 2 — 11–12u)
- Overall Performance score with a circular progress indicator
3. Overall Summary Section
Below the header, the Overall Summary section contains two side-by-side cards:
- Strengths — a narrative paragraph highlighting what the player is doing well
- Areas for Improvement — targeted coaching focus areas to work on next
Both are generated directly from the AI analysis output and are always visible regardless of your plan.
